Foil & Epee Winter Camp

Morning sesion - 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Lunch break -12 - 1 PM
Afternoon Sesion - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Beginners (Minimum one year of fencingexperience), Intermediate fencers and Competitive foil & épée fencers.
Fencers will be grouped by age,ranking, and experience.

We will work on advanced footwork & blade work drills, Tactical& strategic reviews, Conditioning exercises and Extensive competitive bouts

NCAA fencers and HFA national medalists will attend as mentors and assistant coaches.
HFA coaches, internationally trained with experience at World Championships and the Olympics, will lead the camp.
